After several unforeseeable delays with data and Arbiter we have the needed information to continue.
Please take some time to read the info below.
We did our best to ensure that anyone who lost a match due to scheduling issues (moving matches, changing pool structure) was compensated for the original matches.
You may be listed as the R2 on matches where you didn’t work. If you notice a discrepancy not in your favor, please let us know as we will make every attempt to adjust the situation.

1. We recommend that you revisit your AES information and update as needed.
   It is my experience that most of the info is not accurate.
2. You should receive an email informing you that the pay information has been posted.
   These are the following 3 actions you may take:
   1. If you agree, do nothing and you will be paid on Thursday 01/29/26
   2. If you agree, reply to the email that you confirm the counts/mileage and pay amounts.
      We will be paying daily for everyone that verified their counts.
   3. If you disagree, reply to the email that you have a discrepancy and provide date/time slot/court information where we disagree.
      You may also attach a copy of your match count sheet as well.  To assist your research, below are the final alphas and grids.

NOTICES AND CHANGES

1/18/26 – We have made it through another fun day of the 2026 MLK Tournament! Here are some reminders to help tomorrow run smoothly!

• Tomorrow the name of the game is SCORESHEETS!
  Please enter the score from the scoresheets as soon as the match is complete. This is ESPECIALLY important because on Day 3 many times the next match’s scoresheet cannot be printed until another score has been entered.
  Please make sure the CORRECT score is written on the scoresheet. This is critical.
  Please make sure to return the scoresheets to championship IMMEDIATELY
• The next thing to remember is, PATIENCE. There probably will be a time tomorrow when you will have to wait on scoresheets to be printed. BE PATIENT! Do not be short or curt with the table staff.
• Tomorrow, the team that loses the match will be the work team for the following match. If there are questions about that, please direct the coaches to championship desk.
• Time Management will continue to be a very important topic, keep the games moving. Don’t let 10 minutes in between matches to turn into 15-20 minutes. Time management is very important.
• Schedules have been posted. Tomorrow is going to be a challenge. We have many officials who are having to work multiple matches in a row.
• Communication is key! Please utilize the communication avenues that has been established to report issues on your courts or needs to your head refs.
• If you have any issues with unruly fans on our court, please notify a Head Referee if you are unfamiliar with the HOA Fan Behavior Policy. If you are on a 18’s court, please notify a head referee and ask for a Arbitrator.

1/17/26 -Thank you very much for a good day! We had very minimal problems and that is a testament to your hard work! Please keep it up. Here are a couple of reminders –

• Mobile Scoresheet Entry – The god of Olympus (Bertil) respectfully requests that you enter the scores immediately after the match.
  If you cannot, you MUST bring the scoresheet to Championship immediately!
• Time Management – Please arrive to your court at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the match. Make sure you know where you should be for your next match.
• If you haven’t done so already, please make sure you review the tournament procedures document.
• Please remember that ALL MATCHES start at 0-0.
• Continue to be vigilant with questions you have about uniform legality. Remember to utilize the head referee communication for all uniform questions.
• If you have issues with your court (net height, sport court issues, etc.), please report them to the head refs and then be patient as we only have a limited number of equipment personnel and a tremendous amount of court.

If you don’t print it, use the PDF to gain access to the South Dock parking lot Friday night and pick up your pass at Check-In.
If you cannot Check-In on Friday night, use the PDF to enter the parking lot at your venue,
Check-In at your Championship Desk and immediately return to vehicle and display on your Dashboard QRcode visible.
