VSTAR is an online commitment system that ensures clubs that the players they extend offers to will be registering with them for the upcoming season. VSTAR is free to all clubs in the HOA Region and is required for clubs who host summer tryouts. Any club hosting a tryout after September 1st is not required to use VSTAR.
