The full season adult coach of juniors membership is for individuals ages 18 and older who will be coaching a junior team. The participants must successfully pass a background screen, be SafeSport and Impact certified prior to participating. This membership provides access to regional and national sanctioned junior indoor/beach competition. It also provides USAV insurance coverage during sanctioned tryouts, practices, and competition. Eligible coaches will receive a coaching credential once they have completed their officiating clinics. This credential grants coaches access to be on the bench at region tournaments.

The full season adult membership is available for individuals ages 18 and older who will be involved in junior programs in a non-coach role (club directors, team rep, chaperones, etc.). The participant must successfully pass a background screen and be SafeSport certified prior to participation.

The full season team volunteer membership is for individuals ages 18 and older that would like additional access at regional sanctioned indoor events. This membership, along with a current background screen & SafeSport certification, provides access to shag balls during warm-ups, line judge, and help score keep during matches. This access is not provided at national sanctioned events. If a team volunteer member wants access to be on the bench as a coach, they would need to register as a ‘HOA-F2 Adult Coach of Juniors’ and be Impact certified.

This membership allows for participation in officiating roles in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events. The participant must successfully pass a background screen and be SafeSport certified prior to participation. Coaches should choose the ‘HOA-F2 Adult Coach of Juniors’ membership to be eligible.

The adult player membership is for individuals ages 18 and older who will be competing in regional and national sanctioned competition as an adult player. This membership provides USAV insurance coverage during sanctioned competition. An adult player who will be working with junior volleyball players should register with the ‘HOA-F2 Adult Coach of Juniors’ membership. Junior players who are 18 years old and playing for a junior club volleyball team should select the ‘HOA-F8 Junior Player – SafeSport Required’ membership.

This membership should be selected by all adult coaches of HS and MS Boys teams even if they are participating in other HOA roles. The membership allows for participation in HOA HS & MS Boys League only and provides USAV insurance coverage. The member must successfully pass a background screen, be SafeSport & Impact certified prior to participation.

This membership is for individuals ages 18 and older who have not registered with any other type of adult membership and will only be competing in beach/grass competition. This membership provides USAV insurance coverage and access to all region and national sanctioned competition from May 1st – August 31st. Junior players who are 18 years old should select the ‘HOA-S8 Junior Player – SafeSport Required’ membership.

This membership is for individuals ages 18 and older who have not previously registered with any other type of adult membership. The member must successfully complete a background screen, SafeSport & Impact certified. This membership provides access for club directors, coaches, tournament directors and officials who will be involved with junior beach competition only. This membership provides USAV insurance coverage and access to all region and national sanctioned competition from May 1st-August 31st.
