Playing Sites Region Bid Tournament - - - updated 2010-03-09 11:01 We are pleased to announce the playing sites for the Region Bid Tournament on April 10 and 11. 13's Division: SportZone, Topeka, KS 15's Division: William Jewell College, Liberty, MO and LEVO gym/Q-Courts, Riverside, MO 16's Division: OKUN Fieldhouse, Shawnee, KS 17's Division: HOA Facility, Kansas City, KS 18's Division: University of St. Mary, Leavenworth, KS
18's Division only: All teams will have a 4 or 5 team pool starting at 8 am. 4 team pools will be completed around 2 pm, 5 team pools around 4 pm. All teams will play single elimination playoffs on Sunday.
All other Divisions: All teams will be playing 2 rounds of pool play, First round Saturday morning (8 am till about 2 pm), Second round Saturday afternoon/evening (2 pm till about 8 pm) All teams will advance to single elimination playoffs on Sunday.
No playing schedules will be posted until the week before the Bid Tournament, as high seeded teams may qualify for JO's at national qualifiers and thus affect the seeding for the event. Every team will either play or ref their first match at 8 am or 8:50 am.
The deadline for withdrawal without loss of the entry fee is Friday, March 12 by 5 pm. After that, no refunds for withdrawals will be given. If your team cannot make it though, let us know as it would affect other teams.

Facility rules - - - updated 2010-02-23 11:49 Tournament directors do not have to accept teams or clubs into their tournaments. If teams do not obey the facility or staff rules, they can be refused entry into tournaments or be thrown out. Several teams now have been banned from tournaments because food was brought into facilities where this is not allowed.
