Tournament Directors can now start entering results from last weekends tournaments. As a result of the efforts to move our website to a new server, tournament directors were not able to enter results over the weekend.

Gold Heart Challenge Cup Playing Sites

17's division: HOA Facility, Kansas City, KS
16's division: Q-Courts and LEVO Gym, Riverside, MO
15's division: OKUN Fieldhouse, Shawnee, KS
14's division: SportZone, Topeka, KS
13's division: Parkville Athletic Complex, Parkville, MO
12's division: University of St. Mary, Leavenworth, KS

Show Me National Qualifier

As we are expanding the ASICS Show Me National Qualifier over 2 weekends, we can handle a lot more teams for the Select division than we did last year. The select division is a 2 day tournament (April 24 & 25) and will be played at Bartle Hall as part of the qualifier. For only $400 you can get a convention center event, right in Kansas City. This experience is open to Gold and Silver level teams. For more information, go to the qualifier website: www.showmenationalqualifier.com.
Signing of Score Sheets

Coaches need to sign the score sheets IMMEDIATELY after the match has been completed. Coaches cannot go talk to their teams first and then sign. We will start ejecting coaches if needed if they do not sign the sheet immediately. It is a major hold up to tournaments and HOA will not tolerate coaches who delay signing the sheet.

Junior Clubs who need clinicians

For junior clubs, who need help with conducting referee and/or scorekeeping clinics for their players, we have a new service available. We have posted a list of experienced referees and scorekeepers on our website who can be contacted to see if a date and time can be scheduled with them to conduct clinics for you. Go under "Officiating" and select "Clinicians" to find a person in your area.
Updated Registration Procedures for AES(Advanced Event Systems)

HOA teams that will be participating in events using the AES(Advanced Event Systems) registration system will need to read the following information (This includes all Juniors teams participating in Jr. National Qualifiers, JO Championships, Show Me JNQ, Adult US OPEN Championships & other AES events). AES has reset the login in access for the data import feature. All clubs will need to request login access-even if you have a username and password from last year. Read More!!!...
